My wife and I were originally looking for a place to rent when we met Andrey. He was so detailed in asking about our situation, budget, and long-term plans that we shortly realized that buying a home might work out better for us. It was doubly nice to work with his wife Vera and sort out how a mortgage would look like simultaneously. 

Throughout the home search Andrey and his wife brought up things a first-time home buyer would not think of; things like wood vs concrete frame for longevity/repairs, quality of ventilation for mould problems, even the direction the sun faces. They rejected some places we liked and justified why, saving us from making multiple mistakes. They even met with our parents to make sure this was the right move for all of us. 

In the end we got a place we loved at an incredible price in a developing neighbourhood with room for price growth with a mortgage rate that is lower than we budgeted for. We are very grateful to have met Andrey and his wife; definitely recommend them to anyone looking to invest and dabble with real estate.
