Andrey was impressively excellent. He was very knowledgeable, professional and ethical. He actually steered me away from a condo I was interested in even though it would have given him a larger commission. I believe he really wanted to do what was best for me - he was always on my side.
His thoughtful approach was accentuated with insight gained from doing his own due diligence. At the end of my search, I ended up with a condo that was very well suited to my needs and wants. I'm not confident this would have happened without Andrey.
Impressively, after I closed my deal, Andrey did not disappear. Instead, he set me up with a notary and insurance broker, and he recommended a contractor for the renovations I was planning. It didn't stop there. He actually connected me with a recent buyer who had used that contractor so I could judge the workmanship.
No pressure, lots of patience, willingness to listen, very knowledgeable ... you get the picture.
I am hesitant of glowing reviews, but I have absolutely nothing negative to say. I am just so thankful that I could work with Andrey.
